Drink dedicato al personaggio di Furore (The Grapes of Wrath) di John Steinbeck e a tutti i lavoratori che hanno cercato di sopravvivere negli States. Il cocktail è costruito unendo alcune bevande tipiche degli americani anglosassoni della working class, degli immigrati messicani e di quelli italiani: il povero whiskey di segale, l’affumicato mezcal e l’amaro al carciofo. Il risultato è una miscela potente e vigorosa, ruvida e proletaria.

Provatelo anche con qualche goccia di Fernet Branca.
